Sug is the Founder of Testhouse, establishing the company in 2000 with the vision of enriching the world’s interaction with technology through Total Quality Management. He served as Group CEO for over 20 years, leading the organisation through sustained international growth and transformation, before transitioning to the role of Chairman to focus on global strategic expansion. Prior to founding Testhouse, Sug built a robust career across the IT and financial sectors, which laid the foundation for his leadership and entrepreneurial approach.

Jenny has 32 years experience as a Headteacher and Principal of four Secondary schools in deprived areas of London. After her last school she decided to work with the Government on setting up Free Schools specialising in Pupil Referral Units for those students that have been permanently excluded from mainstream schools. She also works as a Consultant for both schools and Charities specialising in all areas of Safeguarding.

Sundeep, is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director with Ghana International Bank, PNB International and British Arab Commercial Bank, Chairing the Board Risk and Compliance Committee. In addition, he is Chairman of Three Pins Capital, a fund based in UAE. Sundeep is also a magistrate. He previously enjoyed both a domestic and international career with Standard Chartered Bank working in London, Singapore, Mumbai, Hong Kong and Dubai. His skills span, Strategy, Risk, Audit and Business execution, managing PnL of over $2bn.

Why do you support Inspire? My time as Vice-Chair at Stanmore College has allowed me to develop a greater appreciation of the importance of careers education and having options. Former Clifford Chance M&A partner with over 30 years of experience handling corporate legal transactions and issues in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. In his various leadership positions, including as Global Head of Sovereign Wealth Funds, he was widely recognised for his team environment dynamics and talent development skills. He is now a mentor to graduates, undergraduates and teenagers as well as a legal, business and strategy adviser to early stage businesses. He brings strong legal and governance skills, as well as experienced commercial insight and judgment, to the Inspire Board.

Growing up in East Africa without access to many of these opportunities, and drawing on my own neurodiverse perspective, I am committed to widening access and supporting programmes that build confidence, skills, and long-term employability. Charles enjoyed a long and varied career at senior level within the rail industry, becoming Managing Director of a number of train operating companies. Latterly he has been a Board Member of a number of organisations including Transport for London. I have extensive experience of dealing with strategy and financial management. He lives in Bedfordshire and was educated in Newham.
