CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

Vacancy: Senior Business Development and Partnerships Manager 

Working Hours: 37 hours per week. We will consider applications from individuals seeking part-time hours, working 0.8FTE.

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum depending on experience.

Location: Hybrid, working a minimum of two days per week in our office.

The Opportunity: Inspire is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and confident individual to join our team.

If you are passionate about advancing social mobility and ensuring young people have access to the opportunities they need to reach their full potential, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of securing, managing and growing long-term, five-figure partnerships for new business and existing partners — from prospect research through to contracting and ongoing stewardship. Working with the Director of Business Development and Partnerships, you will drive business development activity, manage partnerships and generate income from corporate partners, community fundraising, trusts and foundations.

Last month we held our Inspire Awards 2026, celebrating the power of partnership and the impact of our delivery. Through collaborative working we ensured over 22,000 young people have access to quality career advice, meaningful work experience, mentoring and more.
